Wednesday, July 14th, 2010

I was rear ended by a big truck, a couple of months ago. I went to an attorney and began seeing a chiropractic. There were three of us in the car. My question is should I close a settlement with the other party insurance, after feeling better, or should I keep it open. Should I settle, and for how much, would be a best settlement?

How much can I expect from an insurance settlement for a minor injury/no fault car accident- car was totaled?

Sunday, July 11th, 2010

The accident was NOT our fault, is what I meant to say. Nor, do I think I've hit the lottery. I have never been in an accident and I've been told to expect something for "inconvenience". I have no idea if it will be or 0. NEVERMIND. People are very rude when they answer questions here, btw, this will be my first and last time. What a waste of time.

Hi, I had a slip-and-fall at a store, and over the course of the last year my lawyer has compiled the complete case with all documentation and medical records. It is going to be submitted to the insurance company of the store this week, does anyone know how much longer it will take before a settlement will be reached? The case is fully documented from our end. Thanks!

Can an insurance company claim a verbal agreement without any proof other than their word against the person's?
